Maali’s Journey
Maali’s Journey strengthens the social and emotional well-being of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander mothers with children affected by family and domestic violence, by providing counselling and other supports, prioritising the needs of the Stolen Generations.

Provides relationship services to assist couples, families, children and young people to develop skills and resolve difficulties in their lives.
Port Stephens Family & Neighbourhood Services, Raymond Terrace
Provides a range of support programs & services for women experiencing domestic violence. The service includes individual or group counselling, casework, educational courses, an on-site lawyer and free legal clinics.

Nova For Women and Children assist women who are homeless or in crisis to be housed and provide support to maintain safe accommodation.
Hunter Women’s Centre
Provides face-to-face counselling for women for a range of concerns including relationships, domestic violence, grief & loss, smoking cessation, drug & alcohol problems, depression, anxiety and self-esteem. Domestic violence counsellors may also provide clients with specialised information and education, and/or offer evidence-based safety strategies to assist clients to make informed decisions for their own well-being and the well-being of their family.
